Opportunities for Research Collaboration with MIT
- In accordance with a 10-year MIT-Cortico Cooperation Agreement, Cortico employees will have the opportunity to collaborate with researchers and technologists at MIT’s Center for Constructive Communication on joint projects.
Holidays and Personal Time Off
- 21 days total of PTO, including vacation and sick leave.
- 15 paid holidays, including closing our offices annually for the week between Christmas and New Years Eve.

Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- 75% paid insurance for all full-time employees beginning the first full month after their start dates.
- 50% paid health insurance for immediate family members may be added to our plan at group rates, with premiums automatically deducted from payroll pre-tax.
